The Quality Control (QC) laboratory is housed in the Plant & is spread over an area of 500 sq. feet. Given below are some Processes of our QC Laboratory.
The QC laboratory has wet & dry analytical facilities for the verification of Raw & Packing Materials and Finished Products. Various in-process checks ensure that the processes are under control.
The S.Q.C (Statistical Quality Control) program is an effective tool implemented to determine our Process Capabilities (CpK values) as well as Control Charting for the purpose of the Process Monitoring. Validations and Calibrations of all instruments are done at set intervals.
